Lunazen™ Luxury Pillow Warranty

Your new Lunazen™ Luxury Pillow is covered by a 3 year limited warranty.  At Lunazen Sleep Inc.  we hold our self to the highest standards of craftsmanship.  This means that for a period of 3 years, dating from the time you purchased your new pillow from Lunazen Sleep Inc., when it has a defect covered under the warranty, we will replace or repair it without any charge to you, the initial purchaser of the product, This Warranty is not transferable.  Please ensure that there are no stains/soiling on the pillow fabric.  All Materials found in unsanitary conditions have no warranty.

The Limited Warranty Covers the following:

• Any physical flaw in the pillow such as tearing of the pillow cover, despite normal usage and proper handling
• Any manufacturing defect in the pillow cover such as the fabric tearing or stitching unraveling

The Limited Warranty provided does not cover:

• Products in an unsanitary condition, particularly due to bodily fluid stains
• Damage caused directly or indirectly by people, animals or things that are non-complaint with the instructions of Lunazen Luxury Pillow on the recommended use and maintenance of the pillow and cover
• Personal dissatisfaction with the features and characteristics noticeable at the time of purchase (eg the pillow is too soft/hard, retains/disperses too much heat, etc) this includes individual comfort preferences, sheet fit or height issues.
• Deterioration due to normal wear and tear and deterioration caused by external agents such as fire, water, steam, sunbeams or similar.

Instructions for use

Your new pillow was produced with Zen-M Gel Memory Foam, hand stitched and has a 100% organic Cotton Cover and MADE IN CANADA!  In order to properly maintain and care for the pillow to achieve optimal performance throughout its full life span, please familiarize yourself and follow these simple recommendations for use and care:

• The materials used may have their own specific odour, which will diminish in a short period of time.
• A slight depression or change in softness, due to morphological adaptation, is normal and should be expected
• Do not use solvents or chemical substances on the fabric and/or on the pillow itself
• Do not use irons, blow dryers or other heat sources on the fabric when in place and/or on the pillow itself
• Do not us steamers or steam sterilizers to disinfect the pillow; such treatment would jeopardize the texture and lifespan of the pillow.
• The inner protection cover should not be wet, washed with water or ironed.
• Do not remove inner, sewn protection cover, complete removal or breaking the seam will void the warranty
• Store horizontally in a dry place between 50F and 104F with no weigh on top
• Use the pillow with a pillowcase
• Do not allow your pillow to get wet; protect it from water or other liquids
• Do not remove the legal label tag attached at the end of your pillow
• Do not wash or dry clean the core (foam and Zen-M Gel Memory Foam) of your pillow
• Avoid contact with sharp objects or edges that could tear or cut the pillow.

WARNING:

Discard the plastic wrapping on your pillow as soon as possible to stop children or pets getting entangled and suffocate.
