How Long Does Lunazen^TM Take to Be Delivered?

Upon purchase, your mattress will be handcrafted the very next day at our Vancouver factory. Please allow 7 to 12 business days for delivery in BC, or 14 to 21 days outside of BC. Please allow extra time to ship to remote areas. Our 5 Star home deliveries are always easy and convenient for you because work around your schedule.

Do You Ship Everywhere in Canada?

For now, Lunazen^TM is shipping across BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.

Additional shipping charges may apply when shipping elsewhere in Canada. 

Can We Come Pick Up Our Mattress?

Yes we can schedule a fast and simple pickup for our Vancouver & Lower Mainland customers.

Will You Remove My Existing Mattress?

Our 5 Star delivery service will remove & recycle your old mattress & box spring. When you recycle your mattress and box spring, you reduce the amount of waste going to our local landfill.

Is the Mattress Compressed?

We don’t want to compromise our luxury handcrafted mattresses; therefore we don’t believe in compressing our mattress, we ship our mattress full-length to you.
