Lunazen Mattress Warranty

Sleep Matters!

Your new Lunazen™ mattress is covered by a 10 Year Limited Warranty. At Lunazen™ Sleep Inc, we hold our self to the highest standards of craftsmanship. This means that for a period of 10 years, dating from the time you purchased your new mattress from Lunazen™ Sleep Inc, when it has a defect covered under the warranty, we will replace or repair it without any charge to you, the initial purchaser of the product, This Warranty is not transferable. Please ensure there are no stains/soiling on the mattress fabric. All materials found in unsanitary condition have no warranty.

Warranty Made Simple

The Limited Warranty Covers the following,

• Deterioration which causes the mattress to have a visible indentation or sag greater than 1.5", as long as that indentation or sag has not resulted from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or frame.
• Any physical flaw in the mattress such as tearing of the mattress cover, despite normal usage and proper handling

• Any manufacturing defect in the mattress cover such as the fabric tearing or stitching unraveling.

The Limited Warranty Does Not Cover the Following,

• A normal Increase in softness of the mattress which is normal and does not affect the pressure relieving craftsmanship of the mattress.

• Physical abuse or damage to the mattress and or the cover material including but not limited to tears, cuts, liquid damage, bodily fluids, stains & spoiling, mold or mildew caused from use of the mattress on non-breathable surface for example the mattress laying directly on the floor.

• Comfort Preference or issue

• Damage from use with an inadequate foundation and/or frame.

• Product sold by “resellers” who are not authorized retailers

• Lunazen™ Sleep Inc. does not warrant that the mattress will fit a particular size of sheets

Warranty Claims

If you have never rotated your mattress, this could be part of the cause of your issue, if not rotated please do & monitor the progress. All frames must have center support to the floor. For metal frames, there must be at least one cross bar with center support. For wood frames, there must be 5 cross slats and one must have center leg to the floor (preferably the middle slat). Platform & Adjustable Bases adhere to our warranty guidelines. Please take note, comfort is not a warrantable issue, Lunazen™ Sleep Inc. will not replace beds for warranty due to comfort as the stand alone issue.
