Before you even get your mattress, we want you to be happy. We stand behind our product. But if you’re not completely satisfied with your Lunazen™ in the first 100 days after purchase, let us know at hello@lunazen.ca.
We’ll do our best to resolve any issues you might have. But if you’re still left unsatisfied, we’ll make it right. We’ll arrange to have it picked up from your bedroom & donated to someone in need or to a local shelter for you at zero cost and deliver a full refund of your purchase.
